We feature Kids in School Rule! (KISR!), an innovative partnership program with Cincinnati Public Schools and Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services, which reduces the barriers to education for children in foster care. The report also highlights Legal Aid’s new Kinship Care Team which assists kinship caregivers to establish a safe, welcoming home for children whose parents are unable to provide care.
